I just tried to post a new thread. It shows in my last 10 posts but I can't access it.
Secondly. I also posted a thread around a week ago and have returned to have a look at it. Only to find it's gone and not even in my last 10 posts.

The missing post was one that was a Site Review request, with a link to your site, without having answered any of the questions required for a site review. Thus it has been removed. You've gotta post those in the correct area of the forum and follow the directions for site reviews for those to have a chance. Site reviews are after all reserved for truly active, contributing members of the forums.
