I am looking to add my products to some shopping sites like:
Google Base
Price Grabber
Shopping.com
Would the products I ad the these shopping sites be counted as links (is there any seo value?)
Also
Would links from affiliates be counted as one way links.
I think I know the answers to these questions but I want to ask the experts.

I'm not an expert. If the links will either bring you more traffic, or benefit your customers why would it make any difference if there were a SEO value.

What are you trying to accomplish that you're hoping to get "seo value" from shopping site links?

What am trying to find out is
besides using shopping sites to increase sales on a PPC basis. Will the links in the shopping sites count as one way links to my site, thus increasing the natural rankings of my site.

In the last couple of weeks I've created product feeds and uploaded them to Google Product Search, since then I've found that we are getting shopping results listings and coming first when we're not included in the organic results for that search.
Whilst I doubt there's any juice to be passed it brings visitors and visitors are what we all want, best of all, it's free.
