Nope I don't.
In fact they have publicly stated as of a year or so ago that they would not treat subdomains as a separate site, nor give the illusion they might treat it as a separate site anymore.
Long story short, the url doesn't matter in cases like this. What does matter is how pages link to each other. But presuming the internal link scheme is the same, the two will be essentially equal.

Oops, it's been more than a year ago. More like 2 plus years ago.
