I registered a co.uk domain name back in 2001 and have a popular website which has good results in SERPS. The domain name comprises two words hyphenated (no I would not do that today!).
I have just discovered that last July virtually the same domain - but less the hyphen, had been registered by a company (also incorporated about the same time) using the same name.
From an SEO point of view should I be concerned about this ?

From an SEO point of view? No. But from anyone trying to remember your domain, most definitely.

Thanks Jill - all commonsense I guess !
I did panic rather and not give clear thought to the potential problem when I made the discovery.
From a business point of view there isn't hopefully going to be that much of a problem. My website in question is an information portal and most of the traffic is from search engines
