I have some unique articles in non-latin characters and I am wondering which are the best article sites from SEO perspective which are allowing to post also title of article, article and links inside it in Chinese language for example.
I tried Squidoo but when I save editor it converts my text into numbers and latin characters.
tnx!

You'd need to find an article directory or two catering specifically to the Chinese language. I don't know of any specializing in such things, but that doesn't mean one or several don't exist. I've never looked for one since I'm not targeting the Chinese speaking market.

Web marketing in non-English/non-Western languages is not nearly as advanced as for English and related languages. You won't find nearly as many resources out there for non-Latin alphabets as for the Latin alphabet.
