Hi there
I've been requested to write the instructional copy for an online study site that's being overhauled. The new format will be more interactive, and have more pages, in-page functionality, and will include an online quiz - so quite a bit more complex than the current curriculum. Can any of the copy writing boffins out there direct me to some examples of well-written instructional copy for (adult) students?
Are there any conventions that one normally follows for this kind of writing? I guess, what I'm trying to say is I don't want to end up with, 'Read more', More info' and 'click here' all over the place!
