You'll want to use keyword research tools to determine that, and narrow it down to those that are relevant to what your particular website offers.

I think "the more looking" was a word-by-word translation of "les plus cherchés", and thus it should have read something along the lines "the most searched for keywords for an adwords campaign for american people"
nice to see someone from Switzerland on here, though :-)
