I was interested to know if it is a good idea or not to include noindex nofollow on the following pages of the site:
1. cart
2. search.aspx (we are currently using google's internal search so if i add noindex. no follow to the template would it be hurting or helping)

Would adding it to these pages and the robots file be ok.
I am most interested in getting opinions on the search part of it. My research tells me to noindex, nofollow the search part of it that serves up the dynamic results

I have added it to the robots file but it seems there are some pages in the serp's

Thanks in advance for your help and keep up the great work in helping us all

Yes, that would be fine and likely is a good idea.
