That really pays...
I try google adsense, and it is good, but pay rate is low.
any other program? that pays about 10 cents per click.

Just out of curiosity, when you say AdSense's pay rate is low, what are you comparing it with?
I'm not an expert in these things, but I would have thought that the number of cents per click isn't necessarily the key factor. If the ads are well targeted, you'll get more clicks, so maybe a lower rate is less important. And vice versa. After it, it's the total revenue that you want to maximize.
