The Google Directory displays pagerank next to the listings. However, it doesn't tell you the PR value when mousing over the image.

There are some online tools, but they are not authorized by Google in any way - PR value is not very accurate there.
Regarding Google Directory - I've heard somewhere that PR shown there is updated only while directory update - so it can be quite inaccurate nowadays as Google directory update was some time ago...
