How do annually recurring charges from directories such as Yahoo! and BOTW work? Do they automatically charge your card the following year, or is there a chance to cancel , for example do they email you to remind you to renew the directory listing? I don't want my card to be automatically charged!
Many thanks

It's going to depend entirely upon the policy of the directory logos. They could set things up either way. And should state clearly what their policy is for renewals in their terms of service.
Your best bet is to ask the question before paying them the first time. However if you've already paid them you should definitely ask their customer service reps before any re-charge date hits.

Thanks Randy,
I will get in touch with them. It's a shame they don't make it obvious when you are spending such as lot of money!
