Hi all-

This site has http://example.com 301 redirected to http://www.example.com, but there are a few other variations that I am wondering about. In Google Analytics, if you go to Visitors > Network Properties > Hostnames, these are also in the list:

example.com. ( <-- with the period at the end)
www.example.com. ( <-- with the period at the end)

None of the above variations are redirected to http://www.example.com. I did not realize that capitalization in the domain name or Www (?) would have any effect, is that right? And what's with the ones that have a period at the end?

Is this something that needs to be fixed? Is it possible for all of these to redirect to http://www.example.com?

I appreciate any feedback!
