I'm new at this Forum business so if this is awkward, let me know.
From reading the Forum Rules it looks like I need to make 20 posts before I can ask a question? Or can I ask a question in response to a particular thread?
I just can't seem to find a starting point.
Thanks

I've been trying to post a question, but the New Topic button doesn't seem to work for me. I know there must be a procedure, I just can't figure it out.
Thanks

For questions though, you should be able to post most everywhere else on HRF.
