I'm so happy GSV has been released in Canada! Last year while in my firends neibourhood i saw the google car driving around! i was so excited so i followed it for several blocks in hopes that i would be cataloged! I WAS!! check out the link below!

Awesome!!
My Mrs did the same thing on foot when they came down our street so I'm waiting for them to switch streetview on for my locale too! I was out that day so I couldn't join in with the sport :-(

I noticed they now have street view for our local main roads. They probably won't ever go down my side street, but it's really cool to see all the local little hangouts. The quality is so clear for some stuff, very cool!

We don't get street view on Google.co.uk maps 
but our red Fiat Punto is visible on the satelite
