i think its a great tool, particularly useful for e-commerce site, assuming you provide a good service of course. Sure, it may be open to abuse, but providing you supply the goods and services you say you do, i cant see a problem, as the odd spam comment will be lost amongst the genuine comments.
How many people will use it on the other hand , is a different matter. Not many people even have the toobar installed, and your average user wont or cant be bothered to find out how to use the wiki. I'm guessing this is going to be another of google services to add to the list that nobody uses.
