Hi
I wonder what is better:
A) to add a link in the home page of a website (www.website.com) that has PR4 and 10 outbound links or ..
to add a link in an inside page (www.website.com/page1.htm) that has PR3 and no (0) outbound links
???????
What are the advantages and disanvantages in each case?

You are way over thinking things. You should add links where they make sense to the people visiting the site, period.

Both pages make sense to people visting my site.
Of course the homepage has more visitors and higher PR compering with the inside page (of the same website).
These are the statistics of the website:
Homepage has 2900 visitors (average) per day, with PR4 and 14 outbound links and
the inside page has approx 650 visitors per day, with PR# and 0 outbound links
Where would you choose to add you link ??????
