If you have generated a big bulk of content and want Google to index it quickly then there is a way to get it done without having a high PR. You may have noticed that blogs get indexed really quickly as you ping Google to tell them when you've made a post. However, I've noticed that not only does the post get indexed quickly, but so does the pages it links to.

Basically, if you have a site with a blog and elsewhere on the site you have a big bulk of content you want indexed, post portions of your sitemap onto your blog and google will index those pages usually within 24 hours. I haven't tried posting a huge pile of links in a single post, rather used the wordpress XML-RPC interface and scheduled automated posts as linux cronjobs.
