I'm having some information I've never seen before and was hoping someone could shed some light on it.

I'm gathering some data on my sites pages that are indexed with Google and I do the regular "site:http://mysite.com" the number of pages indexed shows up as 200. Then I want to find out how many pages are indexed from a particular section of the database driven side. "site:http://mysite.com/sub_section/page-details.htm?pageId=b66b470d7f0000010092992c3139ca0a" and the number of pages indexed comes up as 632. Now why are these not coming up with the overall site index query? Is there some problem checking the index with database driven sites when the sub folder is not included.
