I am working on a particular site for two months which has page rank1, i ll do link building, link exchange, and other off page work also, atleast twice a day.. But still i have same page rank not increasing.
Even i dont have any rank for inner pages also for my site.
What should i do to increase my page rank and for inner page also?

Toolbar PageRank only gets updated a few times a year. Your site's real PR is probably going up, but you shouldn't expect to see evidence of that in the toolbar.
Aside from that PR really isn't that big a deal. Your efforts shouldn't be on increasing it. Instead, your efforts to make your site more popular are likely to increase your PR. Don't worry about it.

I agree with qwerty. Forget about PR and make efforts to improve your content, keyword research, create buzz...
