OK as I'm in the process of getting my Christian t-shirt site made and optimized what internet marketing avenues are suggested to use? I know this is a general question with probably alot of factors but hopefully this will start in helpign to gain understanding. The avenue that I heard of is pay per click.

Take Care,

Marc

Have you had a good look through pay-per-click (PPC) Search Engine Advertising forum?

Hi MarcP,

I would guess you're in a small niche market. That's good because it's always better to be the big fish in the small pond. If you're getting started, I can't tell you how important it is to focus on building your list of clients.

Look at it this way. If a visitor gets to your site, they are really a qualified lead. They already have an interest in what you're selling, otherwise they wouldn't be there. Now, give them a reason to sign up to a newsletter (using Opt-in e-mail list service) and you can continue to contact them and market to them.

You can do whatever you want with your website. The money is in the list.

Good luck. Hope this helps!
