Hi!
We are looking at buying display media but so far we have had problems finding contacts for MSN and Yahoo etc.
Also, does anyone know of any good forums on this topic?
Thanks!

So you're wanting to buy banner advertising from the Yahoo! and MSN networks?
MSN runs that through their adCenter. You can start collecting more info from this page.
Yahoo's banner ad advertising is talked about from this page. They have models for both larger and smaller businesses.
To my knowledge I don't believe either publishes their banner ad rates on their web sites. You'll need to submit a contact form to get those.

The big problem I'm having is getting these people to get back to me, the service is terrible. Honestly, you wouldn't think we are in recession with their lax attitude these companies have.

Yep, I've heard that complaint before. Lots of times.
