We need to change all content from the existing server to new server. So I need to download all the current database contents to local or new area and export it to the new server? How should this be done. I dont have a copy of the mysql database in local and should I need to individually create all the tables manually or is there a way to export all the data from scratch to a local system?

If you use MYSQL administrator - a free download from the MySQL site, you can make a complete backup of all tables - or specific tables and then restore them to a new database

Check the control panel on each server. Most will have something like phpMyAdmin set up already, which will allow you to export and import your database.
