Now I was building a site for our products. The site was live so google indexed around 100 urls. I wasn't aware of this so we had to changed all urls last week. Now we have urls indexed with google that doesn't exist anymore. Would this create any problem for anything. The website is very new.

I read about 301 redirection. I dont know how to this and also do I really need to do this redirection.

thanks

Sorry my question wasn't clear. Do I have to do 301 redirection as the url's indexed by google no longer exist and I no longer need them, bearing in mind this is a new website.

Is 301 redirection for the established sites?
