I want to start a new business for a new site so I can accept credit cards using Paypal Pro.
They do a credit check, and with a past business, I have bad credit.
What is my best way around this?

Victimize; Deprive by deceit.
And if you're asking for a way to deceive Paypal by causing them to think the facts are other than what they actually all, the term would fit.
Though frankly I didn't realize Paypal ran any type of credit report on those applying for a Pro account. Then again I've had a Pro account for several years, so the credit report may not have been part of the equation back then. Not that I'd know anyway since I've never had that particular problem.
