Hi

Can some people please confirm that it is not (hopefully crossfingers.gif ) not bad to have a URL like this:

mywebsite.com/news-and-blog/news-articles/about-us---mywebsite.aspx

As you notice there are like 4 hyphens - that ok?

Not sure why you put this in the link building category, but you can use whatever number of hyphens you want. Don't really know why you would use them the way you have, however.

They were the result of an automated url from a content management system.

Thanks for clearing that up - just wanted to be completely sure.
