So to clarify - and I have checked this forum for ansa already :

Have made and launched a new site, complete with good page titles and meta
tailored for each page etc... Launched 3 weeks ago . Tis on Yahoo no prob.

Have linked to this new site from a couple of PR3 sites (highly relevant, some
ownd by me, some not) and Google is showing these site links under the results
for the "domain name with no spaces"...

Even if I check the google Cache link for these external links it confirms to
me that google recoginises these links correctly...

...BUT no .com URL showing for this new site? has never to me happend before?
Any help / Advice greatly appreciated guys! Many Thanx - Lol smile.gif

It's a new site; give it time. Get more links. Make sure it's different than any other site already in existence.

Hi Jill

Thankx so much - tis now listed properly on Google - took 10 days between
Google listing 'external links' on other sites, and actually indexing the new site..
Had always previously experienced this being instant!

Having said that - am pleased Google took a while to 'chew it over' as it
has placed this lovely site at No 1 for some of it's most relevant and widest
Search Terms! Well worth the wait! Will have more patience next time!
Thanks a million.

site = s,i,l,l,y,l,i,t,t,l,e,p,i,x,i,e .com !!(minus commas - i dont want this post on Google!!)
am very happy with graphics plus rollover-gallery, and now some No 1 positioning smile.gif

Don't be surprised if that ranking goes away in a few weeks. If it does, it's fairly common with new sites and nothing to worry about.

The big question is: Is that ranking bringing you visitors? If not, it might not be as great of a thing as you think!
