I've added the XML button to the bottom of the page for accessing the RSS feed.

How does one actually use the XML? Cut and paste the code into an html webpage? Or is it something more complicated?

I'm still not clear on how to use those little xml graphics either! I've read enough stuff about this, but it just never seems to sink in!

You really need an RSS reader to use the feed.

Cool, huh?Still love the avatar, McFox...
For some reason, when I took a photo of myself on timer with the new camera, it showed some fat bloke. Must be broken or something. Anyway, I had this photo on file, which is more or less what should have been in the pic. so I have merely substituted it till I get the camera fixed.

Anyone else:
Here's what the High Rankings Feed looks like after formatting.
In order to read XML/RSS files, you need some sort of feed reader (commonly called an aggregator). This is similar to having to have a news reader for USENET Newsgroups (or using something like Google's web based news reader at groups.google.com). There are standalone RSS agregators that are similar to e-mail programs, but designed for RSS feeds or there are web based ones (like the one I linked to above - though that one is my own personal one - there's no real public interface to it).
We've started collecting some good information on the whole concept of RSS and how it all works in the RSS Content Feeds section of my resource directory. There's basic general info, plus a programming section, a section for various free aggregators (both standalone and web based) and a section listing various webmastering related feeds that are out there. (I just added the one from here, too).
If you're not up to speed on XML and RSS, that link above will be a good place to find more info.
