Im starting to get uite a few links to a blog post I have made using word press, at the moment people are linking to both the permalink and also the the top level url. I know that over time this post will no longer appear on the front page, because of this I wonder where the best place to have people link would be?

Also because on wordpress the actual page is not displayed in the URL are they okay to link to the directory level (if the post sits within a catagory that will never contain more than 10 or so posts). For example linking to www.mysite.com/p2pfileshare/

Thanks, Sorry about my recent ifflux of questions but I am trying to apply what I know to wordpress which is a little challenging from time to time!

It seems to me you'd want people who are linking to a specific article to link directly to that article's perma link.
