Keyword Discovery has a tool where you put your URL in and it pulls out keywords that it finds within the pages.

With those modifier words it sort of depends upon which apply to your site. Do people search using those "buy" types of keywords? Yes they do, if they're looking to buy something. The same goes for the cheap, guide, etc types of modifiers. The amount of traffic typically isn't huge, however if everyone else is ignoring those modifier words and the overall phrase describes exactly what you do it's at least something to consider.

What I've found as a general rule is that you don't necessarily have to have the modifier right there with the phrase in order to rank for the term. Usually those are being completely ignored by the competition. So often if you already rank decently well for the base phrase you can usually nail the #1 spot by simply using the modifier words somewhere in your copy. Sometimes even by simply mentioning them in your keyword description, as long as putting them there doesn't mess up your snippet's call to action.
