Hi

In SEO process is that possible to restrict crawler to not index two lines in four line text paragraph. If yes please suggest how its possible ?

My Opinion:

Call these two lines by a script.

Why would you want to?

The answer is no you cannot. You can try, by writing the lines with Javascript or by cloaking so that those lines don't get written to a page when a search engine bot is the user-agent, but you're asking for trouble if you do. Those are the kinds of things that will raise a red flag when (not if) the search engines discover it.
