GoTo became Google? I though it was Overture... but if you type in www.goto.com you get Google!Mopac, GoTo had nothing to do with LookSmart. That was all LookSmart.

As I understand it:
Altavista and Alltheweb's indexes will be no more and will be replaced with the new Yahoo! index. As for the old Ink index it may be used by MSN and a couple of others or Yahoo! may offer them the new Yahoo! index.

I do not see them doing away with a revenue stream.... you pay for one to get MSN and then anbother to get Yahoo... why combine unless they can get a higher cost for the combined then they think they will for the 2 seprately.I think you are correct greystar.
