So I assume you already have one, right OWG? I mean, no home is complete without one ;)

If the auction was for Harrison Ford, I might be tempted to bid... I think I'll pass on this one.

Although it would be sort of an interesting conversation piece placed out in the garden...

Ha!

You want 'sad', OWG?

I can out-sad that!

How 'bout this...

Somebody gave my eight-yr-old son an surplus-to-requirement un-opened plastic model aeroplane kit (Airfix) the other day.

So I went and bought all the paints, glue etc to make it.

My boy has quickly lost interest.

Leaving me sticking together a model Spitfire on the kitchen table and hoping that when my mother comes to stay this weekend, she doesn't see it and point out that forty years have gone by and nothing has changed!

Gee, what would the Queer Eye guys do if they found THAT in someone's apartment?

There must be some sort of dirty trainers (sneakers sport shoes whatever) fetish, as there seems to be old trainers being sold in the UK on a regular basis, one of the parents at the school insists on telling me that 'you internet people are sick, old shoes for sale again, as worn by 18 yr old male' Like I am sick because HE has found them?????

Ho hum.

After considering it, the garden would be an ideal place for something like this - sort of a neo-scarecrow idea . . .

I don't know about the sneaker fetish, but I have a buddy that actually spent money on a life size Storm Trooper. I asked him what the hell for and all he said was it was too cool to not have. Used sneakers, on the other hand . . .
