Pop Up Windows

hi

i ve created a few pop up windows throughout my website to highlight points without the client going off page. when i look at th escript in the code window of dreamwever, it mentions javascript. does mean that those links will be non seo friendly then?

secondly - does it mean that any text on that pop up page wont be so easily picked up google?

i just dont want viewers to be taken off the page you see!

Yes and Yes.

Additionally users may never see the information. All major browsers these days come with popup blockers that are turned on by default. So it's quite likely no or few visitors are even seeing those if they're typical popup windows.

cheers randy - but is there a way of creating pop up pages in a seo friendly way to your knowledge?
