so i saved some money by linking in my site empire.com/patio instead of making it's own domain. I saved a good amount of money. So after 6 months i decided that the market was good so i made a new site and 301 redirected all of the pages from the old site to the new site. I hope i did because it would have been duplicate content. It was a page rank of 3 with links 1 month ago now it dropped the page rank and all of the links. I also have a link from the manufacturers website going to the patio site but that does not seem to matter anymore. Any suggestions on how to fix this mess? Oy this was a pickle.

Nothing to fix. Either go back to the old domain, or make 100% sure that each old page is 301 redirected to the new and wait it out.
Don't worry about what toolbar pagerank is as that will show nothing for a long time. But that doesn't matter, it only matters that you get back your existing traffic, which you should do fairly quickly.
