No. From my windows hosts file NASA. Still at C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts even though now I'm on a 64 bit machine for some odd reason.
I've got all sorts of things blocked there by forcing certain things to look at 127.0.0.1 instead of looking up the real dns.
For instance, I don't show up in anybody's Google Analytics unless I've gone in and disabled my google-analytics.com block. Of course this means I have to keep my JS error reporting at a lower level than you do, otherwise I'd be dealing with errors on just about every page I visited!
