Sorry could you explain that?
To the OP, page rank is a snap shot of one moment in time, in reality it moves all the time, a bit like your electricity metre. Imagine if someone was going to come along as take a reading of how much electricity you use, the come today at 7pm, the tv is on, and the heating, you are boiling the kettle and using the microwave, plus all of the lights are on, so they take the reading and it's at 7/10, they stick a big sticker on your front door saying that your electricity usage is 7/10 and tell you they will be coming back next month to read it again.
When they next come they come at 10am, there are no lights on, and no TV, your not making dinner or coffee, suddenly your electricity reading is 3/10...to someone just looking at the signs on your door you have made a huge reduction in your energy usage, but in reality it is just a matter of when the snapshot is taken.
So just as your electricity "score" is dependant on when the snapshot is taken, so is your page rank, the externally displayed number changes, but the real amount of page rank may not have done, in fact it may even have gone up, it's impossible to tell. Which (after that somewhat long winded explanation) is why it is best to simnply ignore your page rank and concentrate on your positions, traffic and ROI.
