Need Help - Outsourcing Issue

I have started a free(only the software is free) Live Help Service (http://www.getcrm.com), which will enable you to chat with your customers online. It has many other facilities like trouble ticket(offline query posting), FAQ, and many other useful services. Some of the companies have tried it and were very happy with the software part. We added some more facilities and now doing the beta testing.
Some companies suggested us about outsourcing the customer care(through live chat), so we have opened up a customer care center in INDIA. We are training our team. Also we are re-structuring the website and the software. I want your help to speculate the response to towards outsourcing customer care, which will help me decide my strategies.
As a company(assume that you may need the live chat), will you go for outsourcing, what are the other parameters you will be looking for. Like
1) The quality of the outsourced team( the outsourced customer care team).
2) The cost, what should be the cost for 24 hours live help(assuming 8 hrs each representative, so 8*3).
3) What will be the other parameters influencing your decision?
Your views will help me and my company, and will be highly appreciated. Do not forget to give your inputs and suggestions, which will help us explore all dimensions before launching it in full strength.

Since this is basically an SEO forum, doing market research here won't help you much. Most of the readers of this board are not likely to be looking for or evaluating outsourced support.

Can you pm me some forums where I can ask these question, as I myself do SEO most of the time, so know only SEO forums. The responce in this forum is one of the best.
