Does every post that is made have to go through a review process, or is it just because I'm new to the forum?
Number two, I am going to be launching an affiliate program next month for my marketing company and I was wondering what I needed to do in order to make a post about that in these forums?
Thanks for your time!

Posts from new HRF members are not automatically put on preview. That happens when someone attempts to drop links to their sites as you did in your very first post. Especially when they're obviously self promotional links. You'd probably be surprised to find out how many new members try to drop links to their sites with no intention of ever becoming a valuable member of the community.
It might be wise to check out the Forum Rules and commit to memory what's allowed and what isn't. Following the rules can and does help to earn back trust.
As to your 2nd question about your affiliate program, it really depends. Which you'll figure out after reading the Rules as noted above. If you have general questions, those are typically just fine. However if you're looking to make posts that simply introduce or try to get people to sign up for your affiliate program, this isn't the place to do something like that.

Basically, you can't.

Okay, I got ya. Should have started there! I actually posted a link before I read this, in reference to someone's guest blogging post.
