I am evaluating some blog components to use with Joomla CMS. They vary from rather slim to rather robust.

How important are the following features?

RSS feeds for Blog and/or comments
Technorati pings
Trackbacks
Blog or topic categories
Post story to: del.icio.us | Digg | Newsvine | NowPublic | reddit | StumbleUpon | etc...
Captcha to prevent Spam as opposed to moderating unpublished comments
Tags or Keywords

etc...

Assume that whatever is selected will allow searching and custom titles. I know that some of these components/modules may not allow customizing the meta description.
