I just noticed that when I do a search in Google, the results have three new buttons. This is the first time I'm seeing them. I did a search and didn't see anything meaningful, any idea how Google is using that information? If I click remove am I removing them from just my search results? Seems dangerous to allow users to directly influence SERPs.

I figured out that this is Google's searchwiki. I assume this means that any changes I make are only present within my own search results. I'm not yet sure whether or not I like this, doesn't seem useful to me. I'll be curious to read what others have to say about this service.
