I have been in and out of this forum for some time now and never knew how great of a job you folks are doing moderating it.
I recently subscribed with Google Reader to the RSS feed and all I can say is WOW! The first couple of days I got really upset that people were posting such garbage to the forums and each and every time I followed the link the message came back that it wasn't here.
You forum mods are doing an excellent job and I just wanted to publicly thank you. I tweeted Jill but that just wasn't enough... a pat on the back in secret is no pat at all so here it is in public!

Thank you!

Ha! Forums run themselves and there's nothing that anybody has to do to keep things both clean and perking.
Or at least that's what too many seem to think!
Speaking just for myself, thank you for noticing Deverill.
But much of the credit does go to Jill, though I have no clue if it was part of her plan.
Not only did she tap people who had a clue and followed the same basic principles as she does with regard to SEO, but somehow she also seems to have tapped people who have either run or moderated other forums before. That experience counts. And staff are located all over the world so 24/7 coverage to dump the junk is much better than I've seen anywhere else. And still the staff have quite different personalities with extremely different life experiences, which ends up working very, very well.

I'd just like to join Deverill. Good job on keeping the forum tidy!
Even the messages I do spot on occasion disappear into a bit bucket somewhere far far away really quickly.

N.B.
Don't forget the non-mod regulars who also give the mods a heads up when spammers and other undesirables frequent the forum. We all contribute to the HR community making it what it is (Just like you just have Deverill

You got that right, 1dmf! This place would not only be a lot less valuable, but a mighty lonely forum, if not for all the contributors.
Yay, us!

100% true 1dmf, and it's appreciated. Even if you do send me PM's at 6am my time. On my birthday no less!
Guess that shows you how much attention I pay to those, hunh?
