I was wondering if anyone has any hard numbers on the percentage of click throughs for rankings in google and yahoo (ex: #1 = x%, #2 - y%, etc.)? Also I am looking for these numbers for sponsored and non-sposored links.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Do you mean how much traffic a site gets from Google vs how much it gets from Yahoo?
That one you could get close to by looking at the amount of searches and number of searches done on each engine. I've never seen anything published regarding how many clicks come from one versus the other search engine. You can do that on a site-by-site basis by looking at the stats for individual sites.
If you're looking for something along the lines of how many people click on the site ranked in the #1 position versus that in the #5 position, I've never seen anything nearly that specific. There are a few articles out there that speak, in a very general way, about what a Top 10/First Page listing means as compared to a 21-30/Third Page listing. Everything I've seen along those lines gives some pretty vague, common sense percentages though. Not hard numbers.
We did have a brief discussion over here regarding PPC vs Organic traffic. But again, just a general sense of things, no hard numbers.

Your second thought is what I am looking for
At 7search.com I found the following info about their search engine and thought the #s were low and probably different for google.
Rank (% of traffic)
Also I have been told by someone that in google the organic results are clicked on 6 times more than the PPC results. Do you/others agree with that number?
And on a side thought I was curious about any numbers for yahoo, since the PPC layout is different.
