You could syndicate your content by making web feed of your content available at your web site. You can either choose RSS or Atom feed format. Many CMS (content management systems) or blog software have this web feed that allows visitors to subscribe to your content or display part of your content at other web sites.
This is a sample of Yahoo! News content syndication:
http://news.yahoo.com/rss
Click on the orange RSS (Really Simple Syndication) logo e.g. http://rss.news.yaho.../rss/topstories
If you are using a content management system such as Joomla, you can display the title and the summary of this content from Yahoo at your web site. That is how you market and promote your article.

You can also host a wordpress blog with RSS build in directly on your own website. It's a great way to get your articles well ranked.
