Hello there,
I have a new client who ranked very well in Google until a site redesign. The new site has been up since January. The client did not use a 301 redirect from the old site (or any redirect for that matter). So my first thought was that the site was starting over from scratch. However, it's been 8 months and still no rankings.
Please take a look at [site removed] and let me know what you think of the site. If you have any ideas as to why this site is no where to be found on Google for the keyphrase "Maine Real Estate" - I'd appreciate the input.
thanks.

How long was it ranking well for?
I'd work on building more links with your key phrase in the anchor text. I've looked at several and I haven't seen any of them use descriptive anchor text.
Your site arch is flat with many categories and sub categories all pointing to eachother on every page. I like using pyramid based structures where the home page gets most of the internal back links instead of being spread out evenly among all the categories and sub categories. Especially when there are many categories.
Also your client's site is currently returning a 404 code.
