I've ran a search on the site with no suitible query to my question, so im starting this topic in hope of finding the answer.
I have a blog that rank pretty fair in the two main search engine. I want to completely change my blog description and wan't to know if doing so will effect my search engine position.

Changing the css styles should have no effect on rankings. However I'm not sure this is what you're asking since you mention css and your blog description.
If by changing the descirption means you'll be changing the words on the page, of course there's a chance it could affect rankings.
