I added my site in some directories and create a links.html for reciprocal links.
This page links.html is good or bad for SERPS and my page ranks?
Use nofollow and I put links.html like internal pages with sitemap.html

It is neither good nor bad as far as search engines are concerned.
How is it for your users?
Feel free to read the other posts in the reciprocal linking forum where I'm moving this one.

Hi!
Reciprocal links will work better if you form these links with those websites which offer relevant and specific services corresponding to your website.
While forming reciprocal links, there are many factors to be considered like
Website should not be banned by search engine
It should be relevant to your services/website.
Indexed frequently
Page Rank of home page and where we r getting links
it should not have more than 20-25 links,
etc..
(want to know more about link building read link-building-campaigns.blogspot.com)
Reciprocal links are bad if you reciprocate with the bad website.
I would not suggest you to form reciprocal links with directories except some useful ones. As it consists of many outbound links and it does not provide any specific information. You can get one way link from directories.
As you know quality of links is much better than quantity of links.
Hope this is of some help!
Cheers
Dennis John

Some reciprocal links are good. You can get carried away developing links to the numerous directories out there and not receive much benefit. But if they are niche directories they may provide some benefit. I have a number of real estate clients and there are some very beneficial directories specifically related to real estate. Likewise with directories related to healthcare, aviation, etc.
