Hi, folks.
I'm looking for a simple, straightforward SEO, SEM proposal template/example for a new client--nothing too wordy, as I don't have the gig yet. I've seen some online that are four to nine pages long, but I'm just looking for something brief to get the ball rolling.
Any help is appreciated.

The length of the contract is going to depend on what services you are offering.
Also, it is best to have as much details as possible, this way you protect yourself.
What you could do is use one of those several page ones you mentioned, and create a summary page.
This way the highlights are their and also the details, if someone wants them.

Have you had a look at docstoc.com? (hope I'm allowed to reference another site!) They list hundreds of different document templates ranging from contracts to ebooks
