I am working on some online creative for an expanding banner ad. When looking at the ad specs I see that an ad can be 40k in file size or 100k if I'm streaming. It's not a video ad, but can I pull my visuals into the ad from a streaming server to make this happen? I am just not sure what they mean by streaming. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks.
