Just read about the wikia search engine on yahoo news
http://news.yahoo.co..._pcworld/146620 so I went to check it out...and I'm not sure I like what I've seen so far.
(NB I've done a full forum search on wikia here, and haven't found any topics about it yet?)
Just wondering what everyone's making of it?
From what I've seen so far, it's going to be a haven for trolls and worse (rather than anything else) Correct me if I'm wrong smile.gif

Does this mean needing to subscribe to the RSS feeds merely to find out if/when/what someone's edited anything about one of our urls?
Of course their ToS says they'll take no responsibility for anything submitted to the search engine.

Considering how much rubbish is being posted (accidentally, as well as maliciously) on wikipedia, I wonder what a mess their search engine listings will be.
(don't get me wrong, I like wikipedia itself)
