Please treat my comments as NON expert - I've just requested enough requests that I feel I should give something back! embarrassed.gif

First up I like the overall design - love the background colour especially!

Couple of potential useability issues, mainly around the fact that when I first hit the home page I had no idea straight away what I was supposed to do next - There is quite a lot happening on the homepage with all the text and the featured cards etc to the right hand side:

- I like the idea of having a featured card section, but I'd guess that if someone is visiting your site, they already know what country they want to call so highlighting deals on other cards that they are not looking for may not be of that much benefit. Would the space be better used to show your customer testimonials?

- The "Find your best card" search is a really good idea but personally I would have it at the top of the page. It's such a strong and enticing call to action and it immediatly tells the user what they need to do next. In its current position it might not even be visible without scrolling down the page on smaller screens.

- The results page that is generated once I have searched for a card might benefit from a little tidying. I would get rid of most of the text at the top of the page, just leavining in the title, the bold first line and also the country flag and info on the right. Then get straight into the list of available cards. The customer rating is a nice touch and if you want to push this aspect I would simply have a nice bold headline saying "SORTED BY CUSTOMER POPULARITY". That will make it obvious enough imo - you could strengthen it further by listing the customer popularity in more distinct (bigger and bolder!) text at the beginning on the listing - add a "Star Card" graphic to any listing with a popularity over 3.0 (for example) etc.

- the left hand nav on the homepage listing the cards for different countries could be tidied up a bit. For one, the text gets too close to the border for my liking and I also have a personal dislike for text centered like that. Nice bit of styling on that list would make it look nicer and potentially bring a bit more attention to it as a secondary call to action. Failing that it might work just to left align it so there's a bit more rom on the right hand side?

- I would have the account login and shopping basket in the header - to relate it again back to myself, if I'm looking for features that this on a webpage, I will look to the header first as it will often be placed here.

- Link the logo to the homepage. Small point but I've already tried clicking it about 20 times while lookng around the site in the hope of getting back to the home page! I know there is a link in the horizonal nav to home, bnut because its is indented from the left of the page I keep missing it when I try to click back home.

- I can't access your sign up page. Is this because I'm in the UK or is there a problem?

- On your Area Codes page the wide Google ad's section is screwing up the page layout asit's too wide for the cell it is in

- (the page load time is fine for me - loads straight up without delay)

Hope this is of some use - Cheers and good luck!
